INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT
Surco Holdings provides a “game plan” for every investment. Upon completing the acquisition, we send our investors monthly updates as to the progress of the investment and or its current position relative to the game plan.

DEVELOPMENT
For development projects, we provides investors with an entire property game plan. Prior to closing the acquisition, budgets, timelines and financial projections are reviewed and approved in detail with the investor. Once a property is acquired, Surco Holdings continues to provide monthly updates with regard to budget, timeline and property condition.
