Surco Holdings is the exclusive partner to a Los Angeles based home builder. Along with providing the equity, Surco Holdings asset manages the purchase, financial analysis, development, design and sale of single family homes in Los Angeles.
COMMERCIAL
Surco Holdings focuses on identifying and acquiring under valued commercial properties and purchases both single tenant and multi tenant properties that have been mismanaged or have under market rents. Surco leverages its relationship with local agents and real estate professional to uncover unique value ad properties.
MANAGEMENT
Surco Holdings manages all of its own assets. Surco believes this approach allows for the most effective way to ensure it obtains the highest investor returns. Surco uses a white glove management system that makes sure tenants have the best experience at Surco Holdings’ properties.
